This is surely the best national hotel, welcoming and courteous staff, beautiful rooms. It has marvellous and unbeatable location in Beachwood as it's adjacent to several restaurants, including a Cleveland staple-Slymans, / from Cleveland, and a store.

Its location was magnificent, near to Beachwood, decent restaurants and good shops and restaurants. The rooms were tidy, brand-new with very comfortable bed, ideal for us. We enjoyed excellent breakfast selection.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff at Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Cleveland Beachwood made us feel incredibly special. Their customer service was top-notch. We loved the variety of restaurant options available within a short 5-minute walk, including Wendy's.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, the staff provided incredible customer service. They went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly mother, making her feel special and valued. The constant communication, including text messages to check on my needs, was impressive. The location was perfect for me, right off the interstate and near a variety of fantastic restaurants. The ease of getting in and out of the hotel and the parking lot, especially for elderly family members, was a huge plus. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice continental breakfast included. the staff was helpful, friendly, and attentive, making this experience one to remember.

The rooms were great-sized and brand-new with very comfortable bed, you feel like home. It had central heating, a personal safe and television.

Our stay at Fairfield Inn was fantastic! The check-in process was quick and easy, and the location was perfect for our needs. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast included, it made starting our day so convenient. The room itself was comfortable and clean, providing a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.

Actually, the room was good-sized and brand-new with king bed, it also had wake-up service. A microwave and a refrigerator worked well. Good service was provided too.
